Perfect for netbooks. perfect in general. thin.etc.they looked at me like I was retarded.I went to amazon and put in my description and the perfect item popped up. not too long. I went to a computer store and asked for a packable cord. this little cord is the bomb. described something with a retractable mechanism. this thing is perfect for the person who has to pack a cat5 to go.
This product is both small and light and a much better alternative to carrying a longer Cat 5 cable in my bag. As someone who travels quite a bit for work I am always looking for ways to carry less. It is well constructed and feels very solid.
It is great for portability and for quick connecting. I knew the length when I ordered it, but it could be a little bit longer and therefore could improve efficiency. I am in law school and this is the perfect product for a student. The only drawback I would say is that it is a little short in length.
